Water Industry Operators now have their own version of the Pumping System Master Class.
Due to recent demand from Water Industry Operators in water supply and sewage, WATER PUMPING INSTITUTE has introduced a Water Industry Operators version of our Pumping System Master Class.
Since the very origins of the original PSMC was in fact water industry operators experience, this was no major task, in fact this venture has taken Rob back to his roots!
Pumping System Master Class
The "Pumping System Master Class" equips participants to save $1000's pumping costs in the design of new or modifying existing water pumping systems for optimum pumping energy efficiency, using skills and "fit for purpose" software written by author Robert Welke. In fact, the real value of this course is in the software!
Pumping system energy efficiency in any waterpumping system is measured by the sum of the pump efficiency and hydraulic efficiency.
The course highlights how friction losses (hydraulic efficiency) in every component of thepumping system impacts on pumping operation and costs, particularly over time as pipeline performance degrades, then offers a suite of software used to identify where those losses are, and optimize those losses.
The course is filled with anecdotes from Robert's 54 years' pumping system energy efficiency experience which goes to provide a very practical and “real world” approach to designing and operating pumping systems.
The Online course has 4 x 3.5 hr sessions over 4 days in 1 week (for both Aust and US) allowing participants to consolidate learned material between sessions.
The Face2Face course is run over 2 days. Contact Rob on 0414 492 256 to arrange an in-house course (min 8 people), or attend any one of our planned sessions.
The PSMC course and software empowers you to identify similar savings in any water pumping system, be it Municipal, or Industrial or Irrigation.
Applied to the field, this course can enable you to identify $1000's on water pumping cost savings!
Contact Rob on 0414 492 256 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on the next course in your area.
